The applied laser reflection technology effectively enhances angular resolution and delivers intuitive, dependable visual measurement results. Built with semiconductor laser components, the device outputs high-brightness laser beams for clearer observation.
This unit supports a maximum measuring distance of 6 meters between rollers. The laser emitter is fixed on one roller, and the matching reflector is mounted on the counterpart roller. The laser beam projected to the reflector enables instant inspection of vertical alignment, while the reflected beam feeds back data to check horizontal parallelism. Featuring an intuitive operation logic, the system allows single-person operation. Users can complete measuring tasks quickly even without professional training.
